§ Greets customer at table within two minutes of being seated, while filling customers’ water glasses.
§ Maintains an amicable attitude toward guests and employees at all times.
§ Checks and fills water glasses as needed.
§ Performs opening and closing sideworkas needed.
§ Prompt clearing of customer tables.
§ Re-sets table in a timely manner.
§ Performs job duties in a safe manner and follows company safety policies and procedures.
§ Must be signed out at end of shift by F&B Director, MOD, or Chef.
§ Abide by and uphold overall customer service standards. (See attachment.)

§ Performs other such duties and tasks and may be required or directed.
